What kinds of products do you make?

I create handcrafted wood and resin items including home décor, gifts, games, and more. Each piece is one-of-a-kind or made in small batches, therefore no two are ever exactly the same.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I often make personalized or custom pieces. Just contact me through the site or social media to discuss your idea and get a quote.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most ready-made items ship within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer depending on the project.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes, local pickup or delivery options are available in the Brockville to Smiths Falls area. You’ll see these choices at checkout if you’re nearby.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept major credit/debit cards, E-transfer, Paypal, cash (for local sales) and cheques. You will be shown multiple payment options at checkout.

Products
Are all your items handmade?

Practically every piece is handmade by me in my workshop, other than the obvious, like materials and supplies to make the products. I even mill some of my own lumber from logs. I use quality hardwoods, food-safe finishes, and professional-grade resin.

Can I request a specific color or wood type?

Absolutely. Many products can be customized with your preferred resin color or wood species—just contact me before ordering.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Because each piece is handcrafted, small variations in color, grain, or resin swirl are normal. That’s part of what makes each one unique!

How should I care for my wood or resin product?

Wipe with a damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Keep wood items out of extreme heat or moisture. Keep resin items out of heat and direct sunlight. Resin isn't the same as plastics used by manufacturers. Resin surfaces can be buffed gently if needed. Scouring pads will scratch resin.

Are your materials safe for food contact?

Wood serving boards, trays, and similar items are finished with food-safe oil, or unfinished, and safe for direct food contact. Resin boards are finished with food-safe resin, and are considered food safe once fully cured (30 days), but are still not recommended for direct food contact.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your info, and access future discounts.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it through your email.

How do I update my shipping address or contact info?

Log into your account and go to your profile to make updates before placing your next order.

Can I view my past orders?

Yes. Once you log in, go to Order History to view your previous purchases.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped or started production, I can usually make changes. Contact me as soon as possible to check.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Yes, I can include a short message or gift wrapping for most items. Just leave a note at checkout.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

I restock popular pieces regularly. You can also contact me to request one made just for you.

Is my payment information secure?

Definitely. My store uses SSL encryption and a trusted payment processor to protect all transactions.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Athens, Ontario, Canada.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes, I ship to the U.S. and select international destinations. Shipping rates and times will vary by country.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can help replace or resolve the issue quickly.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, local pickup in the Brockville to Smiths Falls area is available by appointment. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout.
