For in stock products, and completed as ordered products, payment is due when ordering.

For out of stock orders, you don’t pay until your product is ready.

For custom orders, a deposit is required when the order is finalized, then the balance due when the product is ready.

Payment options are:

Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
You will receive an invoice in Canadian dollars. If you order in another currency, your total will be converted to CAD, and your credit card provider will automatically charge your card in your currency. The exact charge may vary from your original order total, but not by much.

E-transfer - Canada only
If you choose E-transfer, you will be given an email address to send payment to when you place your order. It’s set up for auto deposit.

Cash - local only
If you are picking up your order, or it’s being delivered to anywhere within the local area, (view map), you can pay cash upon pickup or delivery.

If you need to pay cash from anywhere else, you can mail well concealed cash by registered mail, and once I get it, your order will be completed, but if it gets lost in the mail, it’s at your expense.

Cheque
I take personal cheques, but orders aren’t complete until the cheque clears. Cheques from Canada take 5 business days; from the US, 20 business days; and from other countries, 30 business days to clear; after I receive the cheque.

The cheque must be encoded with magnetic ink character recognition and not damaged or mutilated, otherwise the hold period can be longer.

Money Order
I take money orders, and they will be cleared in 2-3 business days. Money orders from outside Canada need to be international money orders.
